I have been self employed for over 38 years. Having that experience has taught me tremendous values in negotiating, marketing, people skills and analysis.

 

Over the years of being in the Real Estate Industry, I have earned my CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. A designation that our industry claims to be the PHD of Commercial Real Estate and that less than ten percent of Commercial Realtors have achieved. In addition to that I have earned my GRI (Graduate of Realtor® Institute) again being in the chosen few who have achieved this designation. The ePro and e Certified designations represent an extreme proficiency in e-marketing and e-communications.

 

On my Industry involvement, I have been President of the Longmont Association of REALTORS®, have received the most prestigious REALTOR® of the Year Award, I have been a Director of the same. I have served as a CAR (Colorado Association of REALTORS®) Director, as well as a Board of Managers and Chairman of our MLS system IRES, Advisory Director for Guaranty Bank as well as sitting on a variety of committees for Local associations.

 

On my business model: I work by referral only having a complete mix of both Commercial, Farm and Ranch and Residential clients. I and my team are never too busy to help a referral from you.

 

I live in Longmont with my wife of 34 years, Kandis. We have two children Travis and Shawnee and two grandchildren Shayne and Cade.
